It is difficult to get an appointment. Nursing staff and reception staff are really helpful. That's as far as it goes. Very dissatisfied with GO staff as a whole. Seriously thinking about changing surgeries. Feel incredibly let down...
Booking an appointment is a nightmare, the receptionist are unhelpful and at times nonchalant but once you get an appointment the doctors/nurses are fansstic, very through. They listen and most importantly explain the course of treatment.
Never see the same doctor. Always about an hour and a half wait unless you ring at 8 am and wait twenty minutes for someone to answer the phone and book you an appointment on the day. Even then you will still probably wait a while.
I have been a patient here for a couple of years and have found everyone very helpful the only negative is that when you ring for a appointment at 8 o clock in the morning the appointments have all gone and if it is really urgent you have to wait hours to see a dr with all the walk in patients as they won't let you make a appointment for the next day you have to ring at 8 o clock each morning and hope for the best .
Lots of potential, but too many problems still. Some staff are excellent: some are truly awful... real pot-luck as which you'll get. No idea who I saw on last visit - no name on Door and Dr didn't even have the common courtesy to introduce himself. He couldn't issue prescriptions properly, so I was asked to go back another day to get it!
